Sarasota, FL - February 15^th, 2022 – Beautiful styling, convertible social seating, and detailed craftsmanship are exemplified in Chris-Craft’s new Calypso 27. Set to debut at the 2022 Miami International Boat Show, this new Calypso 27 joins the Calypso lineup which includes the Calypso 30, Calypso 35, and the recently debuted Calypso 24.

With a 9-foot beam, the Calypso 27 has ample interior room for entertaining. The bow offers seating with customized upholstery made from the highest marine-grade vinyl. A teak table and bow filler cushion can be added for maximum comfort.

The strikingly styled helm comes standard with a flush-mounted 12” Garmin display, glass cockpit, a high gloss teak steering wheel and accents, new Mercury Smartcraft Premier controls, and a Marine Mat on top to reduce glare. The double-wide helm chair with thigh bolster and stainless-steel trim ensures a comfortable ride.

The aft-cockpit offers an array of seating options including a port lounge with a multi-position backrest. Fold-out aft seating is accompanied by tilt-up backrests for maximum comfort. The optional teak table from the bow can also be moved aft to create a convenient dining area.

A cockpit galley features a standard slide out Yeti cooler, a Corian solid surface countertop, sink, bar storage, and a large tip-out trashcan. An optional grill and large drawer refrigerator can be added to create an ultimate entertainment area.

The Calypso 27 has a place for everything, with strategic storage placed throughout the boat. Storage compartments under the bow seating, helm seat drawers, two in-floor lockers, a large storage compartment below the port lounge, and starboard side console storage, ensure that you have enough room for everything you want to bring aboard for the day.

An extended swim platform transom with an under-mounted ladder and a side boarding door both come standard aboard the Calypso 27, giving easy access to the water and dock. Also included is an insulated compartment integrated into the port side of the transom which can be fitted with water pumps and drainage to serve as a live well.
