SARASOTA, Fla. (October 23, 2006) - Chris-Craft has taken one of its most popular models and added new features to give it a fresh look and feel for the 2007 model year. The all-new Launch 25 will make its debut at the Ft. Lauderdale International Boat Show in October.
The newly redesigned Launch 25 is an ideal mid-size day boat for the family. It offers a spacious main cockpit and bow seating area that makes this bowrider well-suited to long trips and excursions. The 25-foot deep-V hull is 100 percent wood free and boasts a larger swim platform with hinged ladder for easy access. The cockpit features a larger bow seating area and full aft U-shaped seating.
The Launch 25 also features a new aft sun lounge with teak walkover, which enables riders to board the boat with ease and confidence. The walkover converts to a sun lounge with the addition of a sun pad. Another new addition to this boat is that of an enclosed head in the port console. This convenient feature contains a Porta Potti and sink.
With more than 27 feet in overall length and an 8 foot 6 inch beam, the Launch 25 can comfortably accommodate eight people. There is also plenty of storage found throughout the Launch 25, including a cooler storage bin in the center of the floor which comes with a 26-quart cooler. Diamond non-skid flooring with snap-in Berber carpet is standard on the Launch 25.
The Launch 25 Heritage Edition comes in the form of Chris-Craft's famous teak wood, which adds even more style to this boat. The Heritage Edition includes a teak cockpit, teak covering boards and a teak swim platform.
The new Launch 25 appears in Chris-Craft's 2007 model line and will be seen at boat shows and dealer events across the world.
