Quality assurance at every stage of manufacture: a systematic approach to quality is as important as the construction methods and materials we use. Our internal QA team operates throughout our organization and is critical to our ability to control and standardize product quality and features. Every boat is required to successfully complete an inspection carried out at each stage of construction before going on to the next stage. After the final stage is reached we carry out water testing and a final shipping inspection prior to the finished boat leaving the factory.
