Chris-Craft Invites You to Share Your Videos on You Tube

As has been widely reported, the popular video streaming Web site You Tube has taken the World Wide Web by storm. In the spirit of this sensation, Chris-Craft would like to invite all of our owners to post videos of their Chris-Crafts on You Tube. These videos can feature anything from your family enjoying a nice day on the water in a Chris-Craft to footage from a Chris-Craft club rendezvous. Each video that is posted will be entered into a contest. Chris-Craft will monitor all of the videos that are posted and whichever video has the most views on You Tube within one month will win a Chris-Craft prize pack.

The contest begins September 1 so start getting your videos ready! If you plan to submit a video to You Tube, please send an email to croberts@chriscraft.com to be entered into the contest. We will contact you immediately to provide you with contest details and regulations.

Commander Club Rendezvous Algonac, Michigan

Owners and enthusiasts of the vintage Chris-Craft Commander line of fiberglass cruisers are set to meet August 3-5 for its annual rally. This year's event will be held at Algonac Harbour Club, site of the original home of Chris-Craft in Algonac, Michigan. A record turnout is expected with more than a dozen examples of these fine vintage cruisers on site to appreciate and enjoy. More than 100 members and friends are planning to attend. Algonac Where It All Began Classic Boat Show

The 21st annual Michigan ACBS Antique and Classic Boat Show is being held at the Algonac Harbor Club site of the former Chris-Craft factory. On display will be more than 70 antique and classic boats, in-water and dry land exhibits. Chris-Craft dealer Emerald City Harbor will be on hand at the event.

Miami International Boat Show

The Miami International Boat Show is being held February 16-20 in Miami, Florida and Chris-Craft will be on-hand for all of the excitement! The show will set the stage for the introduction of Chris-Craft's new Woody Speedster and Launch 22. We will also be debuting the brand new Lancer Rumble, which has yet to be seen by the public. And don't forget the Corsair 33 and Corsair 36!

If you plan on attending the show, make sure stop by our booth, D12, in the Miami Beach Convention Center. We will also have the Roamer 40 in-water at the Volvo Penta slip at Sea Isle Marina.

Chris-Craft Introduces New Launch 22

Chris-Craft has given a fresh new look and feel to a member of its popular Launch fleet, the Launch 22. This new "Speedsterized" version consists of a 22-foot hull that has been redesigned for added comfort and performance. The new Launch 22 features a larger bow seating area and full aft u-shaped seating. This boat also contains more storage space, providing more than 13 cubic feet of storage throughout.
